Care information

  • Avoid using bleach, ammonia, or acidic cleaners (like toilet bowl or tile cleaners), as they can damage the surface finish and seals.
  • Operate the lever and button with light pressure. Forcing them can damage internal mechanisms or dislodge the diverter cartridge.
  • Also, ensure the operating lever moves smoothly — if it becomes stiff, a plumber-safe silicone grease can be applied sparingly to the cartridge stem.
